Tell us who you need to hire.

Send the role and your work email. Add a job description or ask about a proposal if that helps. Phone is optional, and the first conversation does not commit you.

No upfront fee. You pay only if you hire.

Tell us about the work first. Ivan or a senior team member will reach out soon. The first conversation does not commit you to a search.

I have a job description to share

Submit a job opening

Paste or attach the job description. We read it and call you.

We import the document text into this request. The file itself is not stored.

I want to discuss a recruiting proposal

Request a recruiting proposal

Tell us what you need a proposal to cover. We discuss the work and written terms before an engagement.

What should you send us first?

Technology Headhunters recruits for technology and IT jobs. Tell us the title, where the person will work and what you need them to do. A support job in an office is different from customer support at a software company, even when the titles match.

The quick inquiry is enough to start. Use a work email we can reply to; phone is optional. If the job has been open a while, tell us what you have tried and why suitable people declined. If you are looking for work, use the talent-network link instead.

Have a job description?

If you have a job description, paste it or attach it using the option above. Add anything the description misses, such as a reporting line, travel or shift work. A draft is fine.

Do not include employee records, customer information or passwords. For a confidential replacement, describe the job without naming the person currently doing it.

Want to discuss a proposal?

Choose the proposal option if you want to discuss several openings or an engagement before sending a job. Explain what you are considering so we can ask useful questions.

Permanent placement is our default. Other arrangements are available on request, with terms agreed for that engagement. Asking for a proposal does not commit you to a search.

What happens after you send the request?

We confirm receipt on screen after you send the request. Ivan or a senior team member will reach out soon. We will discuss the job and whether a search with us fits.

Questions employers ask

Can I send an unfinished job description?

Yes. Use the job-opening form and explain what is decided and what is still open. A reporting line and the actual work are more useful than an unfinished tool list.

Which form is for a recruiting proposal?

Choose Request a recruiting proposal below the hiring router. Describe the functions and engagement you want to discuss rather than submitting a candidate application.

Must I give a phone number to contact Technology Headhunters?

No. Phone is optional on these employer forms. A valid work email lets us reply about your request.
