For employed engineers and leaders
This is what we do all day: recruit technology and IT professionals.
You are not applying. You may still want to hear about the right thing.
No upfront fee. You pay only if you hire. We offer a candidate replacement guarantee on standard search agreements. The applicable period and exact terms are set out in the signed client recruiting agreement.

How this works
We work for employers, so we do not run a job board or an application process. If you are employed and would consider the right opportunity, you can share a short profile and we will keep it on file for relevant searches.
We will not contact your employer, and we ask for your permission before we share your name with anyone.
What we ask for
A few lines about the work you do now and where you are based. There is no resume upload. We do not promise any particular outcome from sharing a profile.

Using this page for the next decision
The Technology Headhunters candidate route is for people looking for technology or IT work. The employer intake is for a hiring manager with an opening. Keeping those routes separate helps us understand why you are contacting us. If you are job hunting, use the talent network and the open-jobs page rather than submitting a fictional job request.
Start with the work you have actually done. Say which systems you supported and what you owned. If your title was broad, explain the responsibilities instead of assuming that another company uses the same title. A support specialist who handled user requests may want a different next job from someone who owned an application in production.
For engineering work, explain what you shipped and the part of the system you changed. Avoid sharing private code or customer information. A public project can help explain your approach, but it should not replace an account of your work in a team. For operations work, tell us about the systems you kept running and the problems you resolved without escalation.
Location is part of the fit. Say whether you want remote work or can work onsite. Tell us if relocation is a possibility and whether traveling assignments make sense for you. Do not leave a practical restriction until the final conversation. It is better to rule out an unsuitable opening than move through interviews for a job you cannot accept.
Submitting your background does not mean we have a matching opening. We will not present a closed job as available or promise an outcome from a network submission. Check any live listing for its actual requirements. Our salary pages describe BLS occupations, which may be broader than your title. Use the mapping note before interpreting the wage table, and keep compensation expectations separate from claims about what an employer has offered.
Questions about Job Seekers: Share a Quiet Profile
Does joining the talent network promise an interview?
No. It tells us about your background and the work you want. A matching opening and the employer's decision still determine whether a conversation proceeds.
